You can book a car directly via this website, by telephone on +34 658 75 65 75, by emailing reservas@finauto.es, or in person at our office. You do not need to provide a valid credit card to make a booking.

To hire a car, you simply need to hold a driving licence valid in Spain that has been held for at least two years, and you must be at least 25 years old. Furthermore, the hire must be paid for by credit card.

Yes, to make a booking, you must pay the hire charge for the vehicle.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge. You will be refunded the full amount of the booking, minus an administration fee of €30. You must request this by email at reservas@finauto.es or in person at the office.

In the event of a change, the rental price may be recalculated.

Yes, cash, card and bank transfers are accepted as payment for the rent.

When making your booking, please specify your preferred pick-up time and location from the options provided.
If you are being picked up at Málaga Airport, please provide us with your flight number to facilitate handover by our staff and avoid delays. The company will contact you to provide the necessary instructions.

The car must be returned to the location (office, airport or home address) and at the time specified in your contract, or to our office in Mijas Costa on any working day during opening hours.

The return time at the airport is 24 hours.

If you wish to extend the term of your rental contract, you must submit a request to the company in person at our office at least 24 hours before the contract expires, make the relevant payment and obtain written authorisation from the company.
It is essential to ensure that the rental contract does not expire in order to prevent the insurance cover from lapsing.

All vehicles come with breakdown cover and extended third-party liability cover up to 50 million euros (STANDARD). In addition, they include EXTENDED INSURANCE, covering damage to your own vehicle in the event of an accident (CDW), subject to an excess. The amount of the excess varies depending on the vehicle.

Drivers aged 25 or over, with two years’ driving experience, who pay by credit card (online or at the office) are exempt from paying a deposit. In all other cases, the deposit will depend on the vehicle and will range from €450 to €900.

The point is that our company does not make a profit on the fuel. At the start, we note down the amount of fuel in the vehicle, and you must ensure you return it with the same amount.

The cost of an additional driver is €5 per day, up to a maximum of €60 per hire.

Under the terms of our insurance policy, you may travel throughout mainland Spain and Gibraltar. If you wish to travel to Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal, France or the Spanish islands, you must request authorisation from the company at least 48 hours in advance in order to take out additional insurance. Otherwise, you will be liable for any damage to the vehicle outside the authorised territory, as well as a penalty for breaching the geographical restriction.

Yes, the company can arrange for child car seats to be hired for your hire car. To do this, please let us know the child’s age and/or height so that we can provide the most suitable seat. In accordance with current Spanish regulations, the installation and use of these seats is the customer’s responsibility.
